The Project

Steer Davies Gleave decided to remain in their current premises and put out to tender a request for a complete refurnishing of their existing office space.

The challenge was to not only work to a budget but to manage the work around the current occupancy of the building which spread over 3 floors and five units.

This meant that various plans had to be submitted in order to resite staff whilst work was in process and then to manage various internal moves to accommodate the project as it progressed.

Sygnus was fortunate enough to win the project and over a nine month period successfully project managed the complete refurbishment of the building working in conjunction with an in house facility team and the landlords contractors.
