We were invited to help move Lumenis BE from their current office in Watford to their new headquarters in High Wycombe.

The ground floor required a complete strip out with remedial work required to bring the warehouse floor back to its original condition along with the building of a new ramp and relocation of the cabling. On the first floor we created a layout that offered sufficient Lab space, office and meeting space along with an open plan area for staff. We used existing glass partitioning and added to this in order to create new working areas.

New LED lights were supplied throughout along with new power and data to the floor. A full redecoration was carried out which allowed us to brighten up the space and company signage was positioned across both floors and outside in order highlight the company profile.

The challenge was to complete the work on a tight four week schedule and with the excellent teamwork of our various contractors and good project management we were able to achieve this.
