How and where we meet has changed in workplaces since the introduction of hybrid working, but the need for a dedicated meeting space, room or conference room is still very much present in today’s office.

Consider how will your room be laid out? Is traditional boardroom your preference or perhaps cabaret style or classroom style or u-shape style?

Other factors to consider when furnishing your meeting space include desk or table types (round, rectangular, oval, tilt top, folding leg or stacking leg for example), chairs (noting the arms and height to match the table height, and considering backs, head rests etc), and also the numbers of people to accommodate and frequency of usage.

Soft seating and sofas can also be a feature of meeting rooms or larger executive offices.
