Project management – according to Wikipedia, the definition is the process of leading the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints.

What we do

It is all about the order of things and ensure everything fits in and remains on track.

We start by taking a brief from the client, discussing all aspects of the project.

We look at the layout and design and the space planning. Then we give and suggest furniture options along with prices, choices of fabrics and finishes and so on. Then order in the furniture, and keeping the client up to date with progress and timelines.

Then we support and supervise where needed the décor, partitions and walls/ceilings (adding/moving/removing), electric and data, flooring going down, lighting, air con, signage etc.

Then finally, we oversee and install the furniture and add in any final touches of plants, artwork and so on.

Lumenis

The ground floor required a complete strip out with remedial work required to bring the warehouse floor back to its original condition along with the building of a new ramp and relocation of the cabling. A full redecoration was carried out which allowed us to brighten up the space and company signage was positioned across both floors and outside in order highlight the company profile.

The challenge was to complete the work on a tight four week schedule and with the excellent teamwork of our various contractors and good project management we were able to achieve this.

Republic Technologies

We were tasked with offering a solution to replan the existing office space allowing for the needs of each individual team.

Attention was required to the location of existing power and data points along with the storage requirements of each department.

Along with the project management of the whole process we were invited to be involved in the disposal of all unneeded furniture and the implementation of a move management plan that involved ensuring all staff were able to move on a given date with the minimum of disruption to the business.
